Yoga retreat at La Balie
Unwind and escape from the pressure of life with a relaxing and luxurious yoga retreat in the South West of France.
Join us for a week of yoga and meditation in the peaceful setting of the Lot-Garonne. Stay in the beautiful stone buildings of La Balie; a calming haven with inviting salt-water pool, stunning indoor yoga studio, lawned gardens and lavender hedges. Space and seclusion to practice yoga but also the opportunity to explore the rolling terrain of the area, visit the local markets and cafes, walk or bike ride, kayak or just chill.
La Balie
We have a local chef creating delicious and wholesome local dishes using regional produce. The retreat is fully catered with vegetarian meals and local wine. Most meals will be at La Balie, but we invite you to one evening meal at a charming restaurant in one of the nearby towns and a couple of lunches will be in local cafes to accommodate our day trips exploring and adventuring.
Facilities:
Seven day luxury yoga retreat with a variety of daily classes to choose from.
Morning meditation, Sunrise sun salutations, hatha, vinyasa, yin and relaxation.
Yoga outside on the lawns and poolside and also in the stunning oak floored yoga studio
Fully catered vegetarian menu with local wine.
Seven ensuite twin/double rooms located in three different cottages. (Two of the cottages sleep six and one sleeps four people).
Fabulous 12m long heated salt water swimming pool
Ten acres of gardens, rolling meadows, and oak and chestnut woodland.
Strictly no smoking and pet free accommodation.
Prices:
The cost per person for the week is £1,800 sharing an ensuite twin/double room. (For single occupancy it is £2,870).
£1,000 deposit on booking to secure your place and balance due 1st April 2025.
Date: Saturday 28th June 2025 from 4pm departure Saturday 5th July by 10am.
Flights: We recommend that you book the Ryan Air flight FR2668 departing Stanstead on the 28th June 2025 at 15:25 which lands at Bergerac at 18:10. Free transfer is available from this flight to the retreat, with best efforts for any other flights to Bergerac. For the return flight we recommend the Ryan Air flight FR2712 departing at 10:30 from Bergerac on the 5th July, landing Stanstead at 11:10. Again we will provide free transfer for this flight and best efforts for other flights from Bergerac.
